WHAT TO EXPECT

You arrive. You lie down. Nothing is required of you.

I play crystal singing bowls and gongs for around forty-five minutes. The sound does the work — travelling through the body, quietening the analytical mind, creating the conditions for something deeper to surface. Some people feel profound peace. Some notice things they’ve been carrying. Some simply sleep. All of it is welcome.

Sound baths take place at St Lawrence’s Centre and Fairhaven Water Gardens in South Walsham and at Harriet’s House in Coltishall. Here in the summer these are in the garden under the open sky if the weather allows. In the winter we stay close to the Woodburner in the living room.

Join Pippa & I at the St Lawrence Centre for a sound bath in the most atmospheric of venues. Underfloor heating and convenient parking, this great venue is one of my favourite places to play my gongs. Pippa will be offering hands on Reiki healing infused with crystal energies. Pippa & I will be here on the second Monday of every month in 2026 except in August as I intend to host some outdoor gong baths at the beautiful Fairhaven Water Gardens just up the road. £15 pp tickets available to purchase in advance using the BOOK NOW tab on this website alternatively payment by card or cash on the night is welcome.

PAUSE ~ BREATHE ~ RECONNECT
Wednesday 12th August 6-8.30pm £28 pp

An evening to arrive exactly as you are and leave feeling more like yourself.
An hour to pause the hustle, the improving and just drop into the ground of being who you already are.
Let the warmth of the sauna and the sounds do their work. Allow the acoustic sanctuary to guide your nervous system out of stress and into a deeply relaxing somatic experience.
No fixing. No striving. Just pure Presence.
There is room for 6 people. If the weather is rainy the sound bath will be inside.
Please bring a towel and a swimsuit for the sauna and a yoga mat and a blanket for the sound bath. Alternatively a garden chair works well especially if it can recline.

Why not gather a group of your friends and / or family and experience a gong bath amongst yourselves? I have space for up to 6 people in my living room with a combination of sofa, floor space and a couple of upright high backed chairs. If you are looking for an intimate, intense (you will feel the vibrations from the gong through the floor as they vibrate!) experience then contact me to find a time to make this happen. I currently charge £50 for a one hour session

SOUND BATH AS PART OF THE RETREAT

Each residential retreat at Harriet’s House includes a sound bath. Usually on the final evening, when we’ve already been in the warmth of the sauna and we have gathered around the kitchen table and the conversation has gone somewhere real. The sound bath arrives to invite a more expansive perception, an awakening to possibility and imagination fuelled creativity.
