Payments: Deposits are non-refundable. Payment of the remaining balance is due within 7 days of the commencement of the retreat event as requested in the invoice sent to each booking guest by email. Cancellation policy: If guests cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, places can be transferred or gifted to new participants. It is the responsibility of the cancelling guest to and the new participants and no refunds will be offered by the retreat facilitators. However, returning vouchers may be offered on a discretionary case by case basis by the retreat owner, Harriet Getley. Health & Safety: Guests are expected to read and adhere to health and safety guidelines provided during the retreat. In particular guests should pay special attention to and familiarise themselves with the re evacuation, river swim, sauna and cold dip guidelines. A separate waiver form to cover potential injuries and accidents that may occur during the retreat needs to be signed by each participant. Any guests under 18 must have parental consent for their participation and their appropriate adult need to sign a safeguarding and condentiality disclosure form that the child is made aware of. All guests are required to disclose any relevant health conditions to the facilitators that may affect the retreat experience of the group as a whole. All guests are required to have travel insurance to cover personal cancellation losses, health issues and emergencies. Behaviour Expectations: All guests agree to respect each other and act in accordance with honouring the retreat experience for everyone. It is an alcohol and drug free zone. All shares will be kept confidential within the group. No public or social media sharings (photos, videos or anecdotal conversations) will be undertaken without the express verbal consent of all individuals on the retreat. Retreat facilitators reserve the right to make changes to the schedule and content of the retreat experience based on any needs from the group or external circumstances (e.g. weather). The facilitators commit to informing the guests as soon as is practically possible of these changes.
