Sound Bath with Reiki and Crystal Healing hands on offered by Pippa Newman. Join us on the first Sunday of every month above The Feed Cafe in the heart of the very lovely Waterloo Park, Angel Road, NR3 3 HX

Please allow yourself ten minutes from entering the park to arrive at the room above the Feed cafe in the middle of the park. The doors to the stairs are accessed from inside the cafe. You can always choose to arrive even earlier for breakfast or stay afterwards for tea and cake! There is usually a children’s park run at 9am every sunday so fun for all the family here!
