I love to play in churches because of their acoustics and atmosphere. There are so many really beautiful unused churches in Norfolk we are spoiled for choice. From time to time I organise a gong bath in a nearby church so if you would be interested in one of these please let me know.
Private Event Sound Baths
Why not gather a group of your friends and / or family and experience a gong bath amongst yourselves? I have space for up to 6 people in my living room with a combination of sofa, floor space and a couple of upright high backed chairs. If you are looking for an intimate, intense (you will feel the vibrations from the gong through the floor as they vibrate!) experience then contact me to find a time to make this happen. I currently charge £50 for a one hour session

Open Air Gong baths
This summer we played Karen (Pure Energy Healing) and I are planning three outdoor sound baths at Fairhaven Water Gardens in South Walsham. July 23rd, August 6th & 20th. Save the dates and if its dry on the day come along and find us. The tickets will be £12.50 available on the door on the night. Obviously a fair weather event so check the forecast before starting your journey to avoid disappointment. A matt or reclining camping chair, a blanket and some bug spray are essentials for these evenings.

South Walsham Sound Bath with Reiki & Crystal Healing
This sound bath is held on the second Monday of every month. You can pay on the door or on this website by clicking on the Appointments tab.

Reset & Revive for 2025
Join Pippa Newman and myself at my house to explore what your heart would love to create in 2025 and what may be standing in your way. The day will include warming up and relaxing in the sauna followed by chilling out and playing with the cold (if you want to!). A mini facial using Neals Yard Remedies and a shared delicious, home prepared nutritious lunch are also planned. A group guided meditation and discussion followed by a soul enriching sound bath infused with crystal energy and Reiki.

Waterloo Park Sound Bath
On the first Sunday of each month I host a sound bath with Jamie from Serene Sound. Held in the beautiful light and airy room above the Feed Cafe at Waterloo Park, Angel Road, this event is a lovely way to relax and unwind from any busy week and reset ready for the week ahead.
